My role in this process is to help identify barriers that may be found in your brain, your environment, and your unique qualities as an individual. Then we will work together to identify the best, evidence-based approaches to overcoming these challenges, employing a combination of medication and therapy. My practices is focused less on labels and diagnoses but rather forming a comprehensive picture of your own strengths and vulnerabilities.
